Once tickets have been printed any alteration will incur a £5.00 administration fee. Refunds are not available. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
Details of your name and address are recorded, held on computer, and may be used for updating you with Paultons information. These records are for Paultons sole use. Under the terms of the Data Protection Act, you have the right to advise us at anytime if you do not wish to receive further contact from Paultons.
Children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at all times.
We regret dogs (except fully registered assistance dogs) are not permitted. For technical, operational, weather and other reasons any attraction, ride or facility may be closed, altered, removed or be otherwise unavailable at anytime without prior notice. Limited opening times of some attractions and rides will operate over the Christmas period. There is an extra charge for Go-Karts and some other coin-operated and seasonal amusements. Please note that Kids Kingdom , the Wave Runner and the Raging River Ride will be closed for refurbishment from 4th November 2008.
