  1. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.
  2. When a Family ticket is presented, all members of the group must enter the Park at the same time.
  3. Tickets can only be used once. Tickets are valid until 1st November 2010. Once validated at our turnstiles and entrance has been gained to the Park the ticket will be void. All tickets will be retained by our gate staff.
  4. Printed tickets only are accepted at the Turnstiles (note: digital versions are not accepted).
  5. Tickets are available to download as a PDF file in 3 ways:

          • Clicking the download button at time of purchase.
          • Attached to the email confirmation.
          • In "View History" under "My Account" on website.
     

    In the event that tickets are not able to be printed by purchaser, they may be printed by Park Administration Centre – Note: a  £5.00 Administration fee will be payable at time of collection, prior to the tickets being issued.

 
  1. Only children under 1 metre are admitted free of charge. Additional tickets will be available to purchase at admissions if required. Children’s height will be measured at Admissions (shoes must be worn)
  2. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, aged 18 or over at all times and children must be accompanied by an adult on some rides.
  3. Some rides have height, age and health restrictions for safety reasons.
  4. Guests are reminded that for technical, operational, weather or other reasons, any attraction, ride or facility may be altered, closed, removed or be otherwise unavailable without prior notice.
  5. The management reserves the right to refuse admission for whatever reason.
  6. All normal terms and conditions of entry to Paultons Park apply.
  7. No dogs or pets admitted except for fully registered assistance dogs in a harness (proof of registration may be requested).
  8. There is an additional charge made for Go Karts and some coin operated seasonal amusements.
  9. Tickets not used by expiry date shown will not be replaced under any circumstances. This includes special offer tickets which are valid for only the date specified on the ticket. Special Offer tickets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed on any other day.
