PAULTONS VOTED BRITAIN’S MOST FAMILY FRIENDLY THEME PARK

Paultons is the best value and most family friendly theme park in Britain – it's official! In the Baby Friendly Britain Campaign and Survey commissioned by Mother & Baby magazine in association with Mothercare, to assess Britain's "Most Family Friendly Theme Park for Young Children", Paultons topped the poll ahead of Legoland, Alton Towers, Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park and Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

"We are thrilled with the result", says Managing Director, Richard Mancey. "The Park has had continual and significant investment to ensure we offer families a full day out of the highest quality. Our visitors return time and time again to enjoy the wide variety of attractions we have to offer”.

Paultons attracts over 550,000 visitors a year and the Park's magic formula is its unique blend of over 50 rides and attractions which are included in the price. Every season new rides and attractions are added, this year being no exception with the opening of a new £2 million family roller coaster, The Cobra, a thrilling family ride. Unique to the UK, the Cobra features thrilling drops, sharp turns and exhilarating twists. Standing an impressive 17 metres high at its tallest point The Cobra joins the Stinger and Flying Frog to become the largest of the Park’s three roller coasters.

The Baby Friendly Britain survey questioned 3,000 parents throughout the UK to judge Britain's theme parks for their "child-friendly environment and facilities, value for money, food, cleanliness and baby changing facilities".

Sarah Hart, the Editor of Mother & Baby magazine, Britain's leading parenting title, said "Paultons Park is idyllic for families with young children. It has a lovely parkland setting with animals and adventure playgrounds and although the rides are fun and exciting, they're not the high-adrenalin thrill-type sought after by teenagers and therefore Paultons Park is a haven for families with children under 12. A great family day out".
