Make way for Noddy!

One of Enid Blyton’s most famous and much loved creations will be at Paultons Park this weekend as Noddy and his Toyland friends make a special appearance.

Noddy will be joined at Paultons by Martha Monkey, Tessie Bear, Sly (the naughty goblin), Mr Sparks and, of course, his great friend Big-Ears. Mr Plod will also be on hand to direct the traffic around the car park and to make sure everybody behaves!

“We are delighted Noddy is coming to Paultons for the first time” said Park Marketing Manager, Rob Griffiths.

“He is one of the few characters around today that spans several generations meaning he is universally loved by parents and children alike. The recent computer generated animated television programme is a big hit for Channel 5 and has introduced Noddy to a new generation of children”.

Admission price includes the Noddy event and over 50 existing rides and attractions at the Park. The Stinger rollercoaster and Raging River Ride log flume always prove to be great favourites with visitors and they are joined by two drop rides for 2004, the Jumping Jack and the Jumping Bean. Little ones are also well catered for with Seal Falls (a mini flume) and the ever-popular Digger Ride.

Visitors to Paultons will be able to say hello to Noddy and his friends from 10am until 4.00pm on both Saturday 19th June and Sunday 20th June.
