How do I buy a Season Ticket?
You can buy a Season Ticket before your entry to the Park at the Admission Kiosk, then go to the Season Ticket desk at Guest Services anytime before you leave the Park on that day to have your Season Ticket issued to you. We can only issue tickets to people who are present, as a photograph has to be taken when the Season Ticket is issued. Please note you do not need to supply your own photographs.
If you are already inside the Park you can go to the Season Ticket desk at Guest Services and upgrade your entry ticket to a Season Ticket, which will be dated from the following day.

How do I renew my Season Ticket?
If you hold a valid Season Ticket you can renew it any time up to and including the expiry date shown on the Ticket at the discounted Upgrade Price. You can do this either at Guest Services inside the Park or by telephone to the Booking Office on (023) 8081 4442 and paying by credit or debit card. The Ticket will be renewed for one year from the expiry date shown on the existing Season Ticket. Renewed Tickets must be collected from the Park. You must present your existing Season Ticket when collecting your new Season Ticket to obtain the discounted Upgrade Price.
How do I buy a Season Ticket as a present?
You can purchase Gift Vouchers for the value of the Season Ticket and these will be provided in a presentation envelope together with the Season Ticket leaflet. We cannot issue a Season Ticket without the person being present because a photograph has to be taken of the recipient when the Season Ticket is issued. |
