If you have any queries during your day, call at our Guest Services just inside the entrance. Our staff here can help you with any queries on Park facilities, lost property, season tickets, group visits, or any aspect of your visit.

You can hire either a double or single Stroller for the day that are ideal for transporting children, picnics, and bags around the Park. All Strollers are equipped with a Sun Canopy and are extremely easy to both push and manoeuvre.

All Strollers can be hired from Guest Services at a daily cost of £8.50 for a double and £5.00 for a single Stroller. Both are subject to a £30 deposit which is fully refundable on return of the Stroller to Guest Services in good condition.
Note: Strollers can be used for toddlers and children up to 6 years old but are not suitable for babies.

Our First Aid Centre is manned by qualified staff and also acts as a Lost Children or Lost Parents meeting point. If you should lose a child, please speak to any member of staff who will be able to seek assistance for you.

The Baby Care Centre has facilities for feeding and changing babies and a separate room for mothers to breastfeed. Baby changing facilities are also provided in Ladies and Gents toilets within the Park. Baby bottle and food heating is available at restaurants and kiosks.

Pass-Outs are given at the Gate to enable you to return to your car or visit the shops at the entrance during the day. You must have a valid hand stamp to gain re-entry to the Park.

Lockers for personal belongings and bags are located at Admissions
(charge applies).

A public payphone is available at the Park entrance,
just before the Park Admission Gate.
