Pupils can send photographs and drawings, or write a letter, report or story to Percy, which will be posted on the Percy’s Postbag area of the education website.
Our very successful marketing programme will introduce students to all the major areas of marketing at Paultons Park. It is designed with GCSE Leisure and Tourism in mind, but is applicable to Business, and Travel and Tourism courses at Key Stage 4 and Post 16.

As students will be using this information as part of coursework and assignments, they can post questions on the Student Notice Board which will be answered by our education staff. This information will then be available to all students visiting the site.
This is a new programme which has been designed to cover most aspects of the GCSE Leisure and Tourism course. However, it will be of use to any student at Key Stage 4 and Post 16 studying a subject involving customer service. Students will be taken through an interactive presentation on how customer service is delivered at Paultons Park. They will have the opportunity to carry out a mystery customer task, a customer service survey with guests and staff, and learn how to deliver good customer service. A student workbook accompanies the presentation. Teachers will receive a CD of the presentation, a teacher workbook complete with answers and post visit activities.
